Only if you go to the designated areas, like the horse parking area etc... if you are just hiking and park along the road, in most areas, no fee.
The camp closed Oct 31st for the season. Won't reopen until spring.
Yes, there is a parking fee, you fill a form out and put the money in an envelope.
