Look at the website. Limekiln Lake State Park is not a free campground. It has a day use fee and campsite fees. Limekiln does not have any hookups or electric sites. It is pretty primitive. There are restrooms throughout the park and one shower house. Most people use generators with their rv's. People use gas grills, coleman stoves etc to cook with.
It depends on if you camp in the free sites or pay. If you are in the free area there is no electricity or water. Just a out house for a bathroom. The paid campground has hook ups for both.
