They have trash all over because people are rude and the partners have to clean it up in their free time, but the store is usually busy. If you call and let them know politely, they SHOULD clean it up sooner. The board worked last week when I was there, so it's likely a new issue that they are waiting on maintenance for.
Nice people work there. I always get good service and drinks. But I agree. Call them and complain politely about the mess or better do it person. They might give you a free drink.
