I’ve been shopping here for 6 years and used to exclusively shop here because of the quality it provided. But anymore it’s a joke when you get to checkout. There’s never anyone around. Maybe one or two registers open in the middle of the day. Long lines for both a lane or even self scan. I’m not interested in scanning and bagging a $250 grocery order. I started going to Howell and there’s ALWAYS cashiers there and always a bagger. Every time. I shopped here yesterday for the first time in a few months just to try it again and it was a good reminder on why I stopped coming here to begin with. Beautiful store, good selection (usually), but the check out ruins the entire store. I’ll go out of my way from here on to go to Howell if I need to shop.

Worst service for a grocery store. They have one open lane for full shopping carts. The rest are all self scan checkouts on only one side. Tons of people waiting to checkout. Management…please get more cashiers working. Literally have waited 40 minutes and still have two people in front of me with full carts.

Just don't if you don't have to. Don't ever expect to buy everything on your shopping list. Basic staples are OFTEN out of stock. Forget about catching a deal. You would think they would keep up stock on sale items. You will be checking yourself out or waiting twenty minutes in line. Shopping here is a frustrating experience EVERY TIME.

I go there for the pharmacy because they are fast and efficient and have known me for 16 yrs and very knowledgeable. I live on the other side of town so I go to grocery store close to me but Kroger has a large selection of items and the people are nice.
