We spent 300$ on the presidential sweet that was through the pool area that’s under construction with mold on the ceilings. The room was disgusting with food on the walls blood on the walls. Unfinished fixtures in the ceiling. Bugs by the bathtub and on the wall by the bed. There’s a bug nest in the bathroom in the ceiling. The tub was dirty, the shower only fits one person barely. The view looks over the dumpsters and old mattresses. Sitting outside. Garbage pick up is at 6 AM right outside the presidential suite. The coffee taste like water. They have a gallon of milk a gallon of juice and a gallon of Sunny delight for everybody to touch and pour their own glass of. And they wouldn’t refund our money after 20 minutes of viewing the room. And then Alyssa tried to tell us that we only get $20 out of our hundred dollar security deposit back. We were told to talk to management in the morning, in the morning when we went to talk to management management wasn’t there they supposedly went to the store and they don’t know when they will be back. So if we’d like to leave a phone number they can contact us. We paid cash for our room it’s not like I can go back to a card so now we’re waiting for the manager to come back from her shopping.

Very poor overall experience. Smelly room, only 1 bar of soap, no USB ports, phone not working, and no courtesy toothbrush. Cold coffee in the morning!?…seriously where is the customer service. And movie theater prices for water and toothbrush. Oh, and upon entry there’s a sign that the pool is out of service indefinitely! The pool not a big deal for me…but if I was my kids that would be a downer…they should post this note for all who are reserving rooms (as so many others do). Never to return.

Cancelled reservation within the time limit. The front desk confirmed it was cancelled. Received my credit card and they charged my account for the room I cancelled. Called main number and they then called the Brighton hotel. They said that I didn't cancel within the time limit. Of course I didn't have the ladies name. They couldn't help me and the charge would not be reversed. If you do stay and have to cancel. Get their name, date and time. We travel for basketball tournaments and this is one of the hotels they recommend. This will no longer be on our list.

Had to change rooms 4 times during 2 day visit. 1st room to far from elevator we are disabled. 2nd room the room door would not lock 3rd room televisions nor the phones worked in the room. The last room was fine but after all the moving in 2 days was not happy and was never offered a discount for all the problems will not return or recommend this hotel to anyone.
