Our waiter was phenomenal, they were out of quite a few things, but made sure we had the options. Traveling from Detroit to home in Grand Rapids, I can say this is worth the stop. Our orders were perfect. Stop in and have a burger, you'll be glad you did

Loud and Crowded. Good customer service. Service Staff we're honestly doing their best and we're very sincere. Food was okay. Could've been better. Biggest turn off was many customers were letting their children run about the restaurant, roll and wrestle with other children all over the floor in high traffic areas with little or no supervision. Side dish of broccoli was ice cold and old looking,. Maybe Red Robin's (at this location) should consider building a play place similar to Mickey D's so the children can play freely in a safe space.

Ordered the burger medium and came with out pretty rare. Staff was nice enough to bring me a replacement one though. Garlic fries were also sitting in a pool of grease. Food quality not very consistent. I wouldn’t come back at least not to this Red Robin.
