Been going here for over 10 years, there have been a couple years when the service was bad but the food has always been good. The service currently is great!

I ordered for delivery on the app. After the order was delivered I realized the wrong order had been left with me. I called and spoke with Holly who is PHENOMENAL. She apologized (even though it wasn't their fault the wrong persons order got delivered to me), she personally called doordash to have them send a new driver, remade my food and took care of all of it! In today's world it can be so hard to find great service, especially in the food industry. So a big shout out to Holly. I hope Panera recognizes what a great employee that have and how thankful people like me are for service that goes above and beyond.

I've used the catering option through this Brighton location several times! ALWAYS a 5 Star performance and everything is Better than expected! Cindy always delivers right on time with a smile on her face! Love this team because they make me look good! Thanks everyone!

The large Fuji apple salad had tasteless cheese and two salad dressing containers that were one-quarter full each. Disappointed but called and manager who was more than willing to make it right. :)
