I have to be honest with you. This is the first time going to, Fieldhouse USA Mansfield. My daughter booked the hotel before we left to go to, Dallas; so I know nothing about the hotel. I went to see my granddaughter played basketball. Sorry, I can't help you about the hotels. The last time I went to, Dallas was, 30 years ago.
Daily but not sure on the times.
Full court $65/hour
No. They actually don't have open gym technically because they have games or other things going on. However, you can usually find a free court and shoot around or do pick up games with others who are just hanging out. League play and competitive play along with volleyball and other activities are usually happening.
