I just simply called on the phone to double check and make sure that they could provide the piercing I wanted. Whoever I spoke to was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. He didn’t acknowledge my question and requested to “speak to my parent” because I was “underage and a minor.” Regardless of my age im very much allowed to call and ask a question. Any person with common sense knows there are age restrictions and rules for piercings and I was very much aware of that before calling. All of the 1 star reviews are deserved
