The bathrooms were open 24/7 but because of damages and homeless people the bathrroms were being locked up. Last i had learned. The parks have an open and close time too. To make sure call Parks and Rec for the City of La Porte

Kind of there's just a side walk that loops around. creekmont and glen meadows has a walking/jogging trail.
