The only thing you need is ten bucks to get in and then ORV sticker and a helmet you do not need a flag there's no alcoholic beverages in the park other than that all day fun sunrise to sunset that is the hours for the park

State Orv/trail stickers, spark arrestor installed, mounds pass which is purchased there, helmet... No one there ever has flags...
