New owner ask questions does nothing . Who ever the reviewer Cynthia Faur is is full of bs . Had leaked into furnace , no heat for a week . Finally threatened with fair housing and VA. Had furnace fixed. Leaking fireplace and stack for furnace still took a week.Their reply was raise rent again . It's not so much evictions , it's not getting anything done by the landlord. Actually it's not Diane mobile home park , it's supposed to be Morris villa . Called about broken pavement next to drain , void under road , Nothing done . A fact : went to court , agreed to wait for the states help for payment .Two days later filed eviction papers . Gerald Burton is a slum lord. This isn't his only dump ! People that were here for years moved out because of landlord .

Used to be a great place to live until the new slum lord arrived. Roof starting to leak, my nephew fell through a small hole in the floor, had to fix a leak that cost me $300 for water last month, and we've had pink mold for years

New owner Gerald Burton is the worst landlord I have ever had. Soon as they took over the property in 2021 they have neglected all residents. Left us without a furnace for 11 days in below 30' temps, Roof is completely worn off and water started pouring in my 3 year old daughters bedroom, they were notified of the leak Aug 29th 2021 and did not even come to inspect let alone fix until Oct 25th even with withholding notices of rent being sent twice. Then the water heater basically fell out of the unit, had to have Consumers come out to disconnect lines as Mr Burton would not return calls, fought with them for 30 days before water heater was fixed. And this is only after demanding a licensed contractor do the repairs. Oh and when I complained and sent the second withholding notice, I received a 50% rent increase in the mail the next day. This man and his secretary Kathy are con artists and liars. I counter sued them in court and settled for over 5k in rent. They count on people not knowing their rights. Dont be afraid to push back on them in court. Document EVERYTHING! They will try to lie in court. And if you're here looking for a place to rent...........RUN! Dont look back.
