Yes the roads do need to be fixed but current owners did say that they had to wait until spring to repair them bc they took over late in 2021!!! Gretchen is an awesome manager to work with!!! Have been here for almost 2 years with 3 years left on our contract for our home!!!! Well priced for the homes and are going to be moving new trailers in this year!!!! It is very safe and quiet!!!!! Please be patient and try again when they get the new ones in you won't be disappointed!!!!!

Hello! Sadly , we are no longer doing handyman specials. As for as what Chad is talking about, yes, we are under new ownership which is just strictly rentals. We are available by call and email or you can stop by Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 9-5. We only have 4 parks with 2 managers and we have maintence for all the parks.
