Good day to everyone! I have been living in this community for......umm....lol.....i think 8 yrs? Definitely a lot of years! Lol Honestly, I've never had an issue with any of the staff, maintenance, or my neighbors. The management team does a hell of a job keeping the park clean. Anytime I have a question or concern the staff is ready to help. Even after hours, if someone doesnt answer the phone, its never been more than 5 minutes returning my call. As far as staff telling lies to gain more tenants, that is just not true. Not something i experienced. And none of the dozens of neighbors I've met over the years has mentioned either. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!

I have lived here for almost 4 years now and the community & everything here is awesome. Its very quite and I never have any issues. The ladies in the office are always so helpful and wonderful to us. Maintenance is great to and will help with anything you need done. I highly recommend living here its a great place.

There is no pool
For me with water and sewage it runs about $550. Give or take $ 20 or so

I currently live here. The rent ranges from 650 to 1000 depending on the model home you prefer.
