Update as of August 2022 The park still has awful service, no one calls you back and no one works at the office. They have lost checks and money orders. It is dangerous to live here with the lack of communication and threats of eviction. New management bought the place out in December of 2021 and it has been awful ever since. There is no one working in the office, the numbers they give you are no longer in service and you have to contact Meadow Brook Apartments to get any assistance. Also there is a total lack of communication when it comes to bills, even if you paid rent you'll get something at your door saying you owe money. This place use to be amazing I'm sorry everyone

Drive through here for the first time ever a couple days ago, and I must say, seems like a prime choice of locations to move a mobile home to if you're looking around. Seems well kept overall, but I would guess that less than half of the lots are occupied. Unsure of the reason(s) behind this, but at first site, seems to be a nice park and in a nice area as well. I personally would have no concerns moving here at all.
