Lake st Clair Metropark is part of the Huron Clinton Metropark system and has nothing to do with a Michigan state parks run by the DNR as some are saying. You do not need to be a resident of any particular place. You could live in Ohio and buy a metro park daily or yearly pass. You can also buy a combined Huron Clinton Metropark pass with Oakland County parks pass. The Michigan DNR state park pass can be purchased for 10 dollars and it is part of your Michigan license plate registration. That's a whole different park system than then Huron Clinton Metropark and Oakland County parks.
Gross Pointe Parks are only for residents of the particular city. You must have a residents pass to get in or be a guest of a resident. Belle Isle is a State Park and you must have a pass that you can purchase at the park or annual pass that you can purchase at the Secretary of State office
No this beach is open to everyone
That is true any Metropark pass will work in any Metro Park Kensington Sinclair Erie Huron wherever however you may need to get a state park pass for some State Park boat launches or Park entrances usually 10 bucks at Secretary of State when you renew your license
