Ive been living here for 3 years now this was my first apartment however it was a good stepping stone but a few things that bother me still to this day my tub haven't be reglazed,theres baby bugs in my kitchen & no one has came back to spray nor anything the maintenance man didnt care came in just to tell me do i have cereal open & left after ,also I was told u get one free carpet clean haven't received ofc so I pay $150 & up everytime. The hallways always smell & carpet needs cleaning overall just need some updates only recommend if this is your first apartment cant wait to move 1 good thing though the leasing manager Amber ,Love her! She's very sweet & VERY HELPFUL .

I mean if you’re ok with killing huge bugs everyday with no real solution being done to get rid of them. The spray they come and use doesn’t work they be right back the same night. Was told they have a professional cleaning company but the laundry room have been like this for weeks. The big bushes in front of the apartments is full of rats not sure why that isn’t trimmed down to keep them from hiding in it, it’s disgusting

You might as well call these the hood apartments. Dirty kids running in and out buildings they don’t even live in. That’s why they need to have buzzers on doors. Management lacks a lot of sense. We shouldn’t have to put up with ghetto kids because their parents don’t know how to watch them. If you want peace and quiet and nice sleep you won’t get it here. can not wait to move out
