I haven’t had heat for five days. I requested maintenance several times and one of them came out and rigged my heat to work for the five minutes that he was there, I suppose, because I haven’t felt any heat coming from my heater for five days straight. They told me that my apartment was cold because of my windows and I know that’s not true and it somewhat feels like a slap in the face, as if I don’t know what I’m talking about. I placed my hand directly on the heater which wouldn’t be possible if it was working. I’ve since winterized my windows and I am still in the cold. I’ve been using a store bought space heater and I’ve even had to resort to turning on the oven to try and keep warm during these cold Michigan winter days and nights. I drove to the office and I saw the maintenance team in there and as I approached the door, they hid so I couldn’t see them. So apparently my situation must be a joke to them. I am very displeased and heart broken that I will be spending my birthday in the cold when I work hard to maintain this apartment and I pay my rent and bills on time. Others may have had better experiences, maybe their apartment wasn’t as outdated as mine, but due to paying $870 a month, I would expect the decency of having some sort of regard for my issues especially when it comes to having heat during these tough times where Covid-19 is on the rise and a simple cold could cost me my life or my livelihood as I work on the frontlines in the healthcare industry.

Wednesday, July 22, 2020, about 7:45 a.m. - the vehicle of a tenant was intentionally burned. Several witnesses. Vehicles adjacent to the burning vehicle were also damaged. Management does NOT enforce the terms of the lease - when I asked them to do so, they offered me a "lease release". Owner of Gordon Management threatened me because of my "bulls**t complaints" to the 'leasing manager'. Do YOU really want to experience the violence?

I have lived here for about 2 months and I have nothing but nice things to say. Kelcey in the office is really nice and is so helpful. The maintenance team is very quick to respond with any issues I may have. It is also very quiet in my building and nice! I love living here so far!

The lady Terry has a nice/nasty attitude. The apartment is very small and not worth the price. Claimed to take in our info and was speaking in a matter of we had everything to be approved just to turn my family down 3 days after turning in our info! Don't waste your time with this place!
