I have had an excellent experience with this complex and its staff. Chelsea and Rebecca were there for every step of the application and move-in, they are very receptive and friendly on the phone, and prompt on everything. The maintenance staff was very nice in showing me the place. I'm very happy with the unit and the neighborhood.

Incredibly poor leasing experience. I had an approved application. Not once...but twice. They failed to provide a unit the first year...then charged me for an application fee for second year on a waiting list. I was given a move in date...SIX TIMES only to have the unit become unavailable. Then...get a call out of the blue...with a three day move in date. This form of management is unacceptable. Upon receipt of the call...I emailed them advising i would no longer pursue...and my concerns. Apparently they don't read their emails either because I received another call. So again I emailed them . Again failure to be read by management. They call again and state...sine we haven't heard from you.... Unbelievable. UPDATED 9/2/22 THIS NIGHTMARE OF PRENTICE WONT GO AWAY. NOW IVE BEEN AUTO CHARGED BY THIS COMPLEX FOR FEE'S ASSOCIATED WITH MY DOGS WHEN I DONT EVEN LIVE THERE. A COMPLETE SCAM OF TAKING FUNDS FROM PROSPECTIVE TENANTS...RUN FROM THIS PLACE. I CANT EVEN IMAGINE HOW POOR MANAGEMENT WOULD BE IF THIS IS HOW PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED. SO GLAD I DIDN'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!

Great rooms and location. This place however is only getting three stars. Tonya seems to be the only person who knows how to accommodate people, much better than Rebecca, maybe it just takes more practice and experience but anyways, their rates could have been better priced- a little too pricey even though it is suburban and near the water. Chelsea is okay but is still just learning how to be efficient, deep down I'm sure she is pleasant but has a long way to go. Some residents are questionable- they appear to complain about the littlest things such as loud noises at night- I would hate to think if neighbors right next to each other snored like idling semis, there would be complaints just about every day. In my experience- it's okay, not the greatest, but okay.

Lived here for multiple years now, haven’t had a bad run in with the office once. Chelsea has been a great help as of recent due to a few of our appliances needing repair, awesome quality service!

We do rent the clubhouse to nonresidents. We require event insurance for the day. Our fee is $200 and we take a $200 deposit. The deposit is refunded as long as there are no damages after the event.
Our pool is heated, and it is open from April 15 - October 15 annually.
Yes! We offer fully-furnished apartments with a 3-month minimum lease, and unfurnished apartments with 6 - 11 month lease terms.

Hi Tina, We do not allow smoking in common areas; however smoking inside your home is permissible. Keep in mind, we do have a strict lease clause against use of controlled substances anywhere on the property.
Hi Melissa, The HVAC filters are located inside the furnace closet (behind a panel inside the master bedroom). We change filters twice a year and at move in; however if you feel the need to have a different filter in place you can simply put in a work order and provide the filter of your choice and we'll get it taken care of for you!
