I joined the 6 week challenge in January this year....it didn't take long and I was hooked...Ive joined for the year long program. The gym is clean, well organized, and the staff is amazing...I've worked with three of the four trainers (only because I refuse to get up early enough for the 7am class). Smartest thing I've done for ME in years.

Yes, we do! We have three private showers in our facility so you can shower and get ready after a good workout.
$40 for Month to Month (No contract) $30 12 Month contract their is a processing fee don’t remember how much it is though. Keys are $25
