Well your Westin is very general. Best place to go for what? A hook her up doing Rubidoux is nice. A walk around mission inn and a tour is a must. A walk down Victoria avenue is a must. Heritage house on magnolia tour. Citrus heritage park. The botanical gardens at UC Riverside. The concert lounge at Ronsnos, woodfire grille pizza, anchos Southwest grille, Tios Tacos. These are my favorite places in Riverside.
Mt Rubidoux is a great easy hike. Also the mission during Christmas lights time.
A hike up the mountain is nice.
