Yes they are as long as they are on a leash and have some poop bags for consideration there's also a dog park attached to mount troubadour in the parking lot
Yes, dogs are allowed. Keep your dog on a leash and take your poop bags. Please make sure you clean up after your dog, I seen people not picking up and that's not nice at all! Be kind and respectful to others. Have a great hike and enjoy it.
