The mountain is rated difficult and it's too strenuous. We are avid hikers and this is most difficult thing we did. I personally would not recommend hiking this mountain while being pregnant.
Hiking I wouldn't recommend in your condition at this time of year. Taking the cog...no problem.
It really depends on you. This is a difficult hike, with lots of steep sections, slippery rocks, and bouldering. At 15 weeks, you will probably find it more difficult than before, but if you could handle it easily before then it shouldn't be a problem now. Definitely go with someone, though, just to be safe. If, on the other hand, you don't know how you would have done before getting pregnant, then I'd skip it. When my wife was pregnant, she passed out just going up some stairs, so err on the side of caution.
Go with friends/family and drive up the auto road. There are a number of senic parking areas so that you may stop along the route and take your time to enjoy it, maybe even have a picnic lunch. Go at your own pace and take lots of pics. I personally would not recomend hiking it pregnant unless your looking to create some World's record accomplishments.
There are lots of hiking options in the area without having to go up all the mtns.
You can drive up it , pay to ride van up, or take Cog railway up. It's flat surfaces in a lot of places. There's a building with restaurant, gift shop and bathrooms. Large flat viewing areas. It's fine for you
I wouldn't recommend hiking up the mountain. You can drive up to the summit observatory or take the Cog Train to the top. I'm handicapped and the train was a great option and got much of the history of the last two centuries.
Definitely not the hardest in New Hampshire, very well traveled hike.. if you are fit it is much easier than Mount Isolation.
Take the cog railway to the summit. It's fun and unique
I would not hike This mountain in your condition. Drive the auto road, it's a lot of fun.
