My family and I have been coming here for years whenever we get together. We're a pretty large crew (15+) and find this restaurant great for gatherings. They have a side-room which can be prebooked, but usually we can find enough space by sitting in large adjacent standard tables. We've always ordered personal pizzas and pitchers of beer - both of which were excellent, delivered quickly (despite our party size). This place has been around for decades and for good reason. Its very solid place to eat, and enjoy your company. We'll be coming back here again sometime in the future.

So I’m sorry to say. But we never felt welcome. The staff was overwhelmed. And we were served on tiny paper plates. Never had that happen before in a restaurant and the food was marginal.

We live in Florida but have family who lives in Mt. Washington Valley & every time we're visiting it's non-negotiable...we have to hit "The Door" for awesome pizza, good vibes & fun entertainment. We stopped in earlier this week and as usual, had such a blast. With it being vacation week, they were absolutely slammed with a long wait but no biggie...it's worth it. The staff was so accommodating and upbeat despite how they were running their tails off and how difficult these last 2 years have been. It's no secret the restaurant industry has been hit hard but this family run business shows what grit, perseverance & a love for their business is about. Trust me, it's well worth the visit! And did I mention this is where my husband proposed to me...after we were married....in front of everyone....including a serenade? That's another story...lol...but yup, it's one of our favorite places with tons of incredible memories made there. Thank you to the Mulkern family for creating such a special place that makes you feel welcome and part of the family. Got my fix until summer :-)

Great service and great bar pizza. Live music is always a plus. A perfect Irish bar. We always have a good time when we go, which is a few times a ski season.
