We had an awesome time. They received 12" of snow the night before so we got to experience the sleigh ride on fresh snow. Horses were beautiful. All of the staff was excellent. We took the private ride. Girl (sorry I forgot her name) was excellent. Very informative about the grounds, horses on hand and the mountain in the background. Pond was frozen but the recent snowfall did not allow skating. Wasn't cleared off yet. I will return again next year and do recommend you check them out.

This is a magical spot with walkways that you skate under and a small island you can skate all around it is like a true Winter Wonderland. They offer skate rentals. We brought our own so we only had to pay to skate , we got to skate all day if we wanted .If you rent there is a time limit for the rentals.

The fire was in 2013
About half an hour for the standard group ride. There are also private rides that cost over $100, maybe those are longer, not sure. It was awesome. My wife and I came to Jackson for our 25th wedding anniversary and the sleigh ride was a big highlight.
My family attended last year the Saturday after Thanksgiving and it was absolutely wonderful!
There was a fire so they are not renting out the units. You can still go ice skating and on the sleigh ride.
3pm-9pm depending on day and weather call to verify
Not sure but it is a beautiful place just did the slayride had a great time with my family
I believe so but would confirm as i don't work there.
It was reasonable I think between forty and sixty for the four of us.
The inn burned down so you can't stay there anymore but the activities are still open. The Snowflake Inn is right down the road and lovely but is adults only, so nice and quiet!
