They do, but it's not required. Peak hrs or if you have a large party, it might be a good idea.
We went last year...I left a review. Wait time really depends on party size..it was just my daughter and i..we were immediately sat..even after they told us there'd be an hour wait. Service was amazing..the crew was courteous and super efficient.

No you do not, but they are frequently busy and you CAN call ahead.
