I would have been a new coustomer but was given the bums rush. Went in looking for advice on how to setup a machine. I had no clue how to thread bobbin or thread needle. Nobody was in shop and had to talk him into showing me how to load needle. I bought a bobbin cannister and was shown the door.

Drop off and pick up of sewing machines (repair and maintenance) is safely done at a table outside the front door. Great service and turnaround time!

The staff here are beyond friendly and treat you like family. They were patient with me as I videoed my mom in to look at the machines together. If you have questions regarding their machines or sewing in general they are a wealth of knowledge. Their vintage sewing machine products are in great working condition. I'll certainly be returning to have my machine maintenanced and for future machine purchases.
