It was a lack of understanding how a link in the text message produces a coupon. To clarify I got a text message which I'm signed up for stating I would receive 20% off of my bill. That didn't happen because you have to open up the Joann app select coupon and percent it to the cashier at your time of checkout. I called the store manager and explained and he said he would honor the 20% just for me to bring in my slip and he would give me the 20% off. So nice he was an understanding.

I wanted to know the price of something’s I was buying as there was no price tag on it. I saw a lady in the cutting section and asked for her help, she was so rude. Got angry at me that I was in her work space, which I honestly didn’t know I was not supposed to be there. Also, instead of directing me to a different person started telling me how I was wrong in asking her for help. Not only that my mom who is aged and finds it difficult to move around quickly was with me was looking at some fabric, instead of thinking about her age, the assistant also started telling my mom that she shouldn’t touch anything(fabric) and that she shouldn’t be there. Very very rude people. Could have handled the situation nicely and we would have anyway left. We really really didn’t know about the work space area and it’s restriction, otherwise we wouldn’t have gone there to ask for help.

Yarn, Yarn and Yarn! Joann's is my go to for yarn, got RH ombre sand to finish a project and my granddaughter picked a fun yarn and asked for a blanket...can't wait to start!!!

This place is huge, it has so much stuff in it and almost always has what I need. This is the biggest Joann's I have ever been inside of.

Try the Joanns on the Berlin Turnpike, they have the viking brand and may have that one.

Look up (Google, YouTube) something called a "Russian join" - you combine the tail of the old yarn with the beginning of the new yarn by sewing one into the other.
