I shipped from this store recently. I was greeted with a smile and friendly greeting. Jean was very helpful in making my shipping experience very pleasant and easy. This was the 3rd attempt at shipping out items at other sites. I will certainly return with future shipping needs. Thank you Jean

Guy who does notary service there is rude and horrible. I left in tears because of how horrible he was to me. Went to drop off a package today, needed a box and tape, purchased from them, planned to package it in the store with the product I just bought from them and was told I am not allowed to do that. So instead i had to carry it all out to the parking lot and package the item up in the 40 degree weather. This place is terrible. I've never had such a negative experience with a UPS store.

Bad attitude and poor communication amongst staff. After previous mistakes with my shipment through another UPS location, I had prior accommodations with the manager Zach when receiving my package. Sadly, he was not working on my arrival day and there was no communication to the rest of the staff. Ben was unwilling to confirm information with the previous UPS store. He was very rude and completely uninterested in assisting me saying "It's not a part of his job." Communication between managers and employees seems to be a common issue at UPS locations. I recommend soley speaking to managers if any accommodations are necessary.
