Overall, I had a lovely experience and the staff were kind and courteous. I was directed to the appropriate section of the store where I found the books I was looking for with ease. One thing was disturbing though....I ordered a STARBUCKS blonde roast coffee at the cafe and waited patiently for my order to be fulfilled. Just then, a young man approached the counter with a large trashcan with a lid, the kind the city provides to residents, and goes behind the counter to collect the trash. I didn't think much of it, except that he could strategize waiting until orders were completed before removing the garage. Maybe there were time restrictions regarding trash collection that I was unaware of. What took the cake 🍰🎂 was that the staff allowed this young man to HAND ME MY COFFEE ☕😱😣!!!! I didn't hear water running at any time and I feel he didn't wash his hands. It was gross. Can people who work with food/drinks be more mindful about sanitary conditions and practices??🤔🤔 My coffee ☕ was AMAZING ❤️, but I hope rules can be implemented that prevent further occurrences like this one 🕜✅ . Absolutely great customer service and the employees are very kind. The sections are easy to tell apart and it's a very quiet and relaxed environment. I was able to easily find the section I needed and chose a book I wanted. And the kids section is very cute and helpful for those with kids. The cherry on top was how the cashier seemed to actually care about me and how I was doing and interested in what I was getting.

It's Barnes & Noble. This store is super clean and well organized. Please if you see something you like buy it here not Amazon. Support your local stores not a spoiled super rich person who could not care less about local stores.

Very busy place. Great selection. Plenty of staff on the floor but only 2 registers open mean a long checkout line. Expect 10-15 minutes to checkout. Mid-day, pre Xmas shopping. Their Starbucks area was hopping.
