Went here on tuesday and was sold by Bri (apparently the manager) three items that she “tested” to make sure were working. Spent 140$ to find out later at home one of the items I bought was defective. I am in CT for vacation so it took me a day to get back to the store with receipt. Once i get there the cashier confirms that the item is defective shows me a working one and the only thing they can do is give me the email for the manufacturer. Under Connecticut law an attorney may establish a fraud case by proving the following elements: A false representation was made as a statement of fact. It was untrue and known to be untrue by the party making it. It was made to induce the other party to act upon it. Don’t shop here if you want to get scammed.
