Tickets cost $19.95 per adult and $11.95 per child. That only includes the cave tour to Ruby Falls, which departs frequently (every 10 mins or so) and lasts about an hour. You can use your ticket to Ruby Falls to get a discount ($2/3) at the zip line park next door. Also, it is possible to buy combination tickets to Ruby Falls and Rock City at a discount.
I did the triple pass, for Rock City, Ruby Falls, and the Incline railway. It was about 50.00 for an adult, 25.00 for a kid. Totally worth it. All 3 attractions are breathtaking and a must-see. It will keep you occupied for at least 5 hours so make a whole day out of it.
