Hi Amy, Some great tips have already been shared! We do recommend you purchase your tickets online before you arrive because tours fill quickly and sell out. The Classic Waterfall Tour takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes once it begins. Depending on when you visit, there will be a wait for your turn to take the elevator into the cave. The wait is shorter in the mornings before 9 AM and after 6 PM (around 15 minutes) and can be as long as 45-minutes on peak weekends between 11AM - 5 PM. Safe travels! We look forward to your visit. Totally depends on the guide. I would say our tour was closer to 2 hours. Could have been due to the amount of people at the time but it is entirely worth it. Do yourself a favor and pay for your time ticket in advance, do not just walk up to the ticket booth and expect to get in that day. I can't tell you how many kids I saw walking with pouting faces back down the steps.
