No, just like Sarah said you have to be in a guided tour. Like I mentioned in my review there are a lot of interesting things to see and do in Chattanooga and I recommend not making Ruby Falls top of your list of things to see.

No you have to take the tour to get to the falls. You only get 2 minutes at the falls though. To me the wait and the crowd isn't worth it

The falls is inside the cave so but it is totally worth it
