The kennels are by the zip line area. Completely shaded. It was hot when we were there, but we walked right past them and the dogs seemed very happy.
Never seen any kennels at Ruby Falls. "RUBY FALLS" is a waterfall a 1,000 plus feet under ground. Just a gift shop. Then the tour of the cave. If I have to say Ruby Falls isnt pet friendly. Rock City you can bring your pet in but there is no kennels you have to walk your dog through the paths.
