I would think that the hard rain we had would've contributed to the shut down. However give them a call and they will tell you.
Unless it's from heavy rain or flooding I don't understandmaybe they are doing some sort of work on it they didn't say anything about it when we were there last week.
The cave does flood but call and check to see what the time frame us
I would just call and see if they have any problems. It was wet in there when we went. Spots on the ground. But nothing major.

After heavy rains the cave floods but I would think it wouldn't be a set date..... no clue
The Guide said that any heavy rain that happens actually floods the Cave and so they have to pump it out. So any heavy rain on the moutain will close the cave until it is pumped out and safe to walk.
