I don't think they would allow that, but call them and ask.
I believe they close after dark. Being the winter season, that will be much earlier than their summer hours.

Possibly but you would first have to get approval. There is always somebody working on the park grounds or nearby so I would go out there and ask them who to talk to about that. I personally have been to many events like that there so I know it can be done. Just not exactly sure who to contact
