Yes the tree house is open everyday. They require staff to be in it for safety reasons they don't want any kids getting hurt or injured.
No. I went yesterday morning, and it was locked. :( Posted hours were 12:30pm - 400pm. I wasted a trip out there.
Yes and no. We're at the treehouse right now and it is locked. Apparently, you have to ask someone to open it for you. We were told someone would be by right around now to open it. We hope that's the case.

The treehouse has been open since the beginning of the month and will be open daily until the fall as far as I'm aware. Today there are a few events happening out there. From 11a.m.-2 p.m. is the BirdNerd Festival and then after that is the Wildflower Walk from 2p.m.-3:30 p.m. so expect there to be extra foot traffic out there.
