There is no camping of course and park hours with the gates closed and locked at night. Lots of trails providing a nice hiking terrain. You can view deer and other natural wildlife as well as superior bird watching opportunities.
I use to live right next to the place. Its small but if you wanna backpack, im sure its ok

No, you can't. The park closes at night and I'm sure they don't allow camping. It's not big enough for an overnight hike anyway.
