Showers are free,however you can use them without staying at the camground if you pay a day use fee. Call them for pricing.
We stayed in a cabin. I'm not sure about a tent, but I don't think you would have to pay for a shower. We really enjoyed our visit there. I highly recommend it.
I believe tent sites were around $40/night. Showers and bathrooms were free.
