I’ve only been here for a few hours but already feel calm and rested. The surrounding area is beyond beautiful even when overcast. The Sounds of the Sea is a wonderful respite from the heat and noise of SoCal. The RV park is clean, well maintained and I can hear the seals. I can’t wait to explore the area. Happy to be here!

Beautifully maintained small RV park with full hookups at all sites. No tent sites. The Pacific Ocean is a few hundred yards down the hill to the west. The sound of sea lions is frequently heard at any time of day. About a mile from Patrick's Point, now Sue-Meg State Park. Beautiful beaches, well maintained short hiking trails on the Cliff's above the rocks and beaches. About 5 miles from the nice small coastal town of Trinidad. The direct route from Sounds of the Sea to Trinidad is poorly maintained; recommend driving north to the entrance to highway 101 and heading south from there.

Overall a very bad experience when it is $50 a night to camp you would expect to be enjoyable but just so many problems to list My family will never stay there again I would rather stay in the dirt next to the freeway

Well maintained park with views of the ocean. We were in 52C in the trees and really liked our site. Had a deck for sitting outside with an overlook of the ocean. Close to the laundry. 3 washers and 3 dryers. Patrick's Point State Park was enjoyable with many walking trails. Trinidad had a nice beach and harbor.

All the trees are pruned up nicely. Patrick's Point State Park is a mile down the road and there is a beach in Trinidad about 2 miles down the road.
Sorry no
Go to View Crests they have cabins. They are right next door.
