Not a good place for camping. It's more like a gated community. No fire pits, no bathrooms and no pet parks.....

We stayed here for a month, such a nice resort. Lots of full timers here. People couldn't be nicer. Very close to the beach, maybe 15 minutes away.

WiFi hasn't really worked since we have been there over 3 years. New ownership so price per year has gone up considerably. Keeps going up and no improvements will have to go somewhere else.
There are permanent lots available. The yearly price is $3000 a year but you can break it down to 6 months. Water, sewer, and cable is included. You will have to get your own power meter. My power runs about 40 bucks and I'm down every weekend. There is a pool, kids park, and dog park. Boat parking is available too. This is a gated community. Very safe. It is the best at Topsail in my opinion. I've seen almost all of them. Enjoy!
Can we assume campers purchased can remain on site? At least the Park Models? We are not currently campers there.
