Why is there no wheelchair access to the beach or a deck for old people and young to get down to the beach? Walking with kids on hot sand with a ton of stuff is a killer.

They have semi-recently built a wheelchair accessible boardwalk that will take you from the parkinglot all the way down to a small shaded pavillion right on the beach. It's a beautiful boardwalk too! It's located on the far east end. Park in the farthest east parkinglot.

There is wheel chair access and a boardwalk at the East end of the Headlands.
