Don’t bother wasting your money here. Not only will you get your order messed up, but you’ll also get a nasty attitude when you ask for it to be fixed. If you’re looking to get Dunkin’, take the extra 10 minutes to go to the one on Lakeshore at Mentor on the lake. Trust me, you’re better for it. I would give 0 stars if I could, but I had to pick one so I could give you this warning.

This location is the worst of the 4 in the area. There are tons of people working but nobody seems to care. Long wait times when the drive thru is empty and their drinks are, on average, 25 cents more expensive than they are on vine street or either lakeshore location, even though Euclid tax is higher.

Girl overcharged my debit card-said I’d get refund-checked bank account didn’t happen-went back -owner said not to worry it would take time and if I don’t get it come back-I said I AM back-he couldn’t have cared less-ripped me off $11 for a $2 cup of coffee-DONE w that place! Good way to make Profits 😡
