Everytime I go to PBS car wash between 11am & 2pm there is always someone there so try tomorrow at these times.
Yes, businesses like that frequently change hands. If you really want to contact someone, try to google to find out owner/property mgmt info.
I think they changed personel and owners.. Becouse before there was always someone there and he would always make sure the machines would always work.. And before them no one was ever there but if you had touble youd leave your info. And theyed refunde your money in the mail.. Now I dont know they just not that trustworthy..
