If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I placed my order at approximately 7:54pm. I received a confirmation email stating my order would be ready between 8:14 and 8:19 pm. I walked into the store more than once and each time, no one came to the front. I waited over half an hour only to be told there’s no more thin crust and that I was called multiple times to see if I wanted a refund or wanted to get my order replaced. When I told the employee no one called me at all, she stayed quiet until I told her to give me a refund. Absolutely terrible customer service. The employee gave me an attitude and approached me/the matter incorrectly. I won’t ever come to this store again. Employees need to be better at interacting with customers.

The reason for my low rating is not for the food or the customer service but because of the way EMPLOYEES are speaking to each other. Store is very small so you can hear everything not that the employees are trying to hide there conversations. Employees are cussing at one another constantly being rude and picking on one of the employees. Manger also was reprimanding employees infront of customers on something very small. Manager was very rude to her employees and had a horrible attitude. Mind you in the last 2 months I've been there 4 times and every time the employees were talking to each other using profanity and loud too.

i came in to get a pizza, you know the hot and ready kind. And some karen was all like"gimme the THIN Crust" all rude and tbh she did need the thin crust. besides the weird customer good pizza
