Ordered non spicy but got spicy. Wasted my money cause could not eat it at all. When I got to the window first she said what did u order because she couldn't find my order. Then she said oh here it is. She seemed to not be interested in my order at all. I called the number but that number does not connect to that business so I could not return it. Waste of gas and my money. Will not go there again.

Love Churches. Been coming to this location for years. Have been getting takeout bc of the pandemic and you guys NEVER EVER ONCE have given me BOTH my biscuits. I order two each time bc I love them. You either give me one or none and it's my only pet peeve. Please give me all my biscuits. 🥺

Every time I go through there they're on point.
The only thing that I've seen is the face mask requirements, the six feet distant markings on the floor, no dining in, the employees have masks on and there are tables against the front counters preventing customers from being to close to the register.
I have only been to church's chicken on University and never had any problems.
