Fernandos right. Calmly ask the manager about the problem. Get the managers name, then call corporate with the problem and the name and they will send you an apology letter with coupons for FREE stuff. I did this with a rude ticket taker at the Regal Cinemas and they sent me an apologetic letter and free passes.
Yea just talk to a manger or call corporate.
