I went in to order during my lunch break from a work place near by and 15 minutes of waiting and other customers who arrived after me receiving their meals I still had not, when I asked the cashier where was my order they were very confused and my order had not even been started I asked for a refund as my lunch break was nearly over and I still have not received my refund, very unsatisfied.

One of my favorite places to eat fried chicken. Delicious fried chicken, employees tend to forget parts of the order. Make sure you double check your order

I really liked the nuggets with honey mustard, they were moist and crunchy. Unfortunately the chicken sandwich was a bit salty to my liking and the cajun fries were stale. Overall, friendly staff.

Riverside Site is the best location & u can pay 4 ur turkey when U pick it up or pay right than. I used 2 work @ Popeyes & I loved it but the area mgr 2 all the Popeyes sites in riverside county is the same areamgr She is fake, rude & yells at employees in front of customers degrading & down talking 2them & im her niece imagine if I'm her family how she treats employees who aren't her family. & im not bitter towards her JUST BEING TRUTHFUL FOR THE REASON SOME OF THE POPEYES SITES DON'T GET TREATED LIKE THEY SHOULD SO THEY TAKE IT OUT ON THE CUSTOMER WHICH IS WRONG BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEES ARE REALLY GREAT ESPECIALLY THE MANAGERS KIM IN RIVERSIDE & CHRISTINE IN NORCO I HAD THE PLEASURE OF BEING THEIR CO WORKER FOR MORE THAN A YEAR. GET RID OF THE AREA MGR AND YOU WILL SEE A MUCH BETTER FAMILY ORIENTED RESTAURANT, EMPLOYEES,& quality CUSTOMER SERVICE CAUSE SHE'S ALL ABOUT MAKING MONEY NOT IN KEEPING A LOYAL EMPLOYEE OR CUSTOMER. BUT WAHID THE OWNER & HIS WIFE R KIND,LOVING&COMPASSIONATE.
