One lot near the lake, store, and facilities. Lived there full time for about 6 months when I moved to Seattle area. This is the perfect place for summer outdoor living AND full time living for those who relish the rustic life. Well managed and well maintained.

Would be a great place, but something is wrong with the maintenance department. They never seem to be in front of the weather and if it snows they don't plow or sand the main roads. They instead put the responsibility on the site owners and create dangerous situations. They always have the same excuse about insurance too.

Before purchasing your site I would recommend checking to see how well your phone works, you can get wifi sometimes on certain areas. T-mobile has been reliable for me except for the front gate.
To park for 1/2 the year you have to purchase a lot once you own that lot you can park your RV for six months if you want to live in the park then you have to purchase another lot ..

I don't work for the park but I have a place there. Rentals are not permitted at Port Susan Camping Club. Sorry. It's a beautiful place though!
You own the membership and that gives you the right of use of the lot and all the amenities the park has to offer. You are allowed 180 days usage per fiscal year, (May 1st to April 30th). As stated, this facility is on Tulalip Tribal land and the current lease is through 2052. At this time there are no known negotiations to extend the lease beyond 2052.

If you don't have an account setup yet go through the process under login and it won't take very long as long as the administration office is open to reply if they're closed for the weather or a closed/ off work day it'll be the next day of business that they're in the office
Garbage every day all the time. House hold garbage only matence 9 to 5 mon to sat for larger things. port Susan garbage only
